Contant part between product and medium SS304 and SS316L

Sealing material: standard configuration EPDM, Viton(FKM), Buna are availble and selection.

Surface treatment:

External part: Sandblasting treatment Ra≤ 1.6um, Matte finish Ra≤ 0.6um.

Internal part: Polishing Ra≤ 0.6um

Quality requirement for compressed air used in actuator:

Compressed air connection: Furnish air pipe with air connector R1/8"

Maximum particle size: 0.01mm

Maximum oil content: 0.08ppm

Dew point: 10℃ or lower below atmospheric temparture

Maximum water content: 7.5g/kg
