Types of sanitary fittings: sanitary tees

Sanitary tees are pipe fittings and pipe connectors. They are also called pipe tees or tee pipe fittings, tee joints, and are used where the main pipes are connected to branches. Stainless steel tees are divided into equal diameter and different diameters. The ends of the pipes of equal diameter tees are all the same size; the main pipes of different diameter tees have the same size, while the pipes of the branch pipes are smaller than the pipes of the main pipes.

Sanitary tees are a type of pipe fittings used at the branching of pipelines. For the manufacture of tees using seamless pipes, the commonly used processes are hydraulic bulging and hot pressing.
